When do we pay for our travel?

If you have an account you will be invoiced on a monthly basis, otherwise you will be charged on completion of your journey. Payment can be made to the driver by cash, cheque or all major credit cards.

What if we have a problem while we are away?

Call our office and we will make any adjustment necessary to your booking and offer as much support as we can.

How can we contact you?

All of our contact information is available on our website and our business cards, including telephone numbers and email addresses

How will we locate our driver once our flight has arrived?

Your driver will meet you as your come through arrivals. Drivers will hold a sign with name or company name written upon it. If for any reason you cannot locate your driver please call C&C Cars on +44(0) 1638 724155.

What will happen if our flight is delayed?

We monitor all incoming flights, therefore it does not matter how delayed or how early your flight may be, there will always be a driver waiting for you. If you have early notification of you flight being delayed it is always very helpful if you inform us by phone on +44(0) 1638 724155 or by email info@candckars.co.uk

Can your office contact the driver whilst driving or at the airport terminal?

Yes we can contact all drivers via their mobile phones at any time.

How is waiting time charged?

There is no waiting time for airport collections, but on a journey where we are taking you to a destination, waiting for you and returning back to your starting point, waiting time will be charged on an hourly basis which will be agreed with you before the start of the journey.
